This field is part of the old Fields Farm and owned by William Davis builders of Loughborough but tenant farmed by Rodney Clarke of 193 Mountsorrel Lane, Rothley.
It is currently used for cattle grazing.
There is a good Ash Tree 155 on the boundary with Site 148 The Willows Farnham Close. There is also a bit of a pond/wet area but this is not shown as a pond on the maps.
An Ecological Survey W5813/1 was carried out on this site in July 1995 with ridge and furrow being noted.
