SITE 163 POND FIELD

Called after Field Pond 16 on the boundary with Site 162. It is rather full of debris from the surrounding willows and hedgerow. It is shown on the old maps of Rothley and was originally a good size.
This is a lovely Ridge and Furrow pasture field, full of buttercups and with good hedgerows.
This field has the potential for wild flowers in a few weeks time
