Change of Polling Station Rothley

We are having to move a polling station from Rothley Village Hall to the Rothley Centre for the general election on July 4.

It means that anyone whose poll card says their polling station is at the village hall will need to cast their vote in The Templar Room at the Rothley Centre in Mountsorrel Lane.

It is about a three-minute walk from the village Hall.

Anniversary of the D Day Landings

Anniversary of the D Day Landings

To mark the 80th Anniversary of the D. Day landings Rothley Parish Council took the decision to place a specially commissioned bench, from a company in Kilmarnock, next to the war memorial at Cross Green.

Free litter picking kits are being offered to residents to help give Charnwood a spring clean.
