This small triangular shaped piece of land is sited on the edge of the village at the start of Westfield Lane as it runs to Rothley Station

There are four Lime Trees in The Triangle, not of ancient proportions, but making the seat nicely shaded. October 2002

Young Lime planted in 2009 is struggling to survive. Newly planted trees need a lot of watering and it is sad that they are not looked after. April 2012

This small piece of land could be under threat of disturbance due to the amount and size of traffic that uses the road from Wellsic Lane to Woodgate. It is still intact in 2012.
